We’re looking for someone who is great with Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel and ideally trained on Quick Books who is an all-rounder in Accounts and Administration.

Brilliant role for someone local with some accounts assistant, accounts administrator or bookkeeping experience looking for an all-round, all action opportunity in a busy office as part of a small team. The Person:
- Admin Assistant / Accounts Assistant / Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper experience
- Strong user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Knowledge of Quick Books would be a plus!
- Able to work on your own initiative
- Local & looking for a part time office based role over 3 or 4 days Monday - Friday
- Team player - Great communicator - High attention to detail - Happy to get stuck in!
The Role:
- Answering calls, taking messages, providing excellent customer service
- Assisting with VAT returns and reconciliations
- Data entry
- Updating client records
- Filing
- General admin duties
- Other Ad Hoc Duties as required.
