Role Overview:
The Product Marketing Manager will lead a small team in delivering targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns that promote services and qualifications. With a strong focus on planning, reporting, and optimisation, the postholder will oversee the implementation of integrated marketing activities and align messaging across digital and traditional channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the execution of marketing plans to drive uptake of products and services.
- Manage team activity, performance, and budget allocation.
- Collaborate across departments to align messaging with wider business goals.
- Ensure campaigns are timely, well-structured, and effectively measured.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to shape future strategy.
Experience Required:
- Demonstrated success in a B2B product marketing role.
- Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns.
- Strong background in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and reporting on ROI.

- Strategic planning and digital media proficiency.
- Confident relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to produce compelling content and professional documentation.

- Salary from £42,000 to £46,000 depending on experience.
