We’re supporting a growing, well-respected business in South Leicester with their search for a Marketing Coordinator. This is a part-time position offering a supportive working environment, variety in your day-to-day, and the opportunity to make a real impact as the business continues to scale.

You'll work across digital campaigns, content creation, and social media—helping to elevate the company’s online presence and drive engagement with audiences. For someone commercially aware and creatively driven, this is a fantastic stepping stone into a role that could evolve into something longer term / permanent. 

The role:

• Plan and deliver content across social media platforms
• Write and schedule email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and optimise website content with a focus on SEO
• Assist in marketing new product launches and promotional activity
• Work with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Manage and update the CRM system in line with GDPR

You’ll also support with:

• Monitoring campaign performance and pulling key data insights
• Generating leads and supporting the sales pipeline
• Handling inbound marketing enquiries and coordinating responses

Ideal background:

• Some hands-on experience in a digital marketing or content role
• Comfortable using platforms like Mailchimp, Canva, and basic CMS
• Confident communicator with a flair for writing
• Knowledge of SEO principles and digital campaign strategy
• Organised, creative, and happy to take the lead on small projects
