Day to Day

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social platforms using a social media management tool.
• Develop and execute innovative social media strategies in partnership with the Director of PR and Communications.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand tone and visual guidelines, collaborating with writers and designers as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive excitement around new initiatives and launches.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media contacts, and industry influencers.
• Support internal teams with training and guidance to ensure a consistent and cohesive social media presence.
• Spot digital PR opportunities to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
• Engage with followers, respond to questions, and manage the brand's online reputation.
• Draft and edit content for press releases, blog posts, media commentary, and leadership articles.
• Monitor media coverage and social engagement, providing regular insights and reports to stakeholders.
• Stay on top of digital trends, media developments, and industry news to inform ongoing strategy.

YOU?

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media strategy and/or digital PR.
• Strong track record of running successful campaigns and building brand awareness.
• Skilled in media relations, social media platforms, and digital PR tools.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Highly organized with great project management and time management skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Creative, proactive, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends.
