Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a creative and driven PR & Marketing Executive to join a well-established organisation within the manufacturing sector, based in Worcester. This role will play a key part in shaping communication strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting marketing activity across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities of a PR & Marketing Executive

• Manage PR and content initiatives, supporting wider UK and European marketing campaigns

• Develop and deliver strategic PR activity to boost internal and external brand profile

• Organise press events, interviews, and media briefings

• Coordinate with external PR agencies to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness

• Lead and support social media activity across channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok

• Produce engaging content including blogs, technical articles, infographics, videos, and customer success stories

• Work closely with product teams to develop and approve accurate content

• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across all channels

• Manage the advertising budget and align spend with PR strategy

• Provide marketing support for exhibitions and events

• Support sales teams with tailored marketing content to aid engagement and conversion

• Monitor competitor activity and produce regular insight reports

• Act as a key contact for PR and marketing support across multiple European locations

Key Skills of a PR & Marketing Executive

• Previous experience in a PR or marketing role, ideally within a B2B or technical environment

• Strong written communication skills with the ability to create clear, engaging content

• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing trends

• Experience working with external agencies and multiple stakeholders

• Creative thinker with strong project management and organisational skills

• Ability to analyse and report on campaign effectiveness

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects at once
