Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday- Friday

Position Overview:

Elevation Recruitment are excited to be exclusively recruiting for a Healthcare business.

Our client has two businesses and are private equity backed. With a new management team at the helm this is an excellent opportunity to support the business in delivering the marketing plans for both organisations.  Each company has re-set its positioning and plans to expand beyond traditional NHS customer base intro numerous new and commercial sectors. 

The cross-functional team is excited and ready for a structured marketing surge.  With a strong focus on executing  impactful marketing strategies, we’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager ready to develop their skills by working closely with the Sales and Marketing Team.

The Role:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering our, social and web content, and email marketing strategies. Reporting to senior leadership, you’ll lead on content calendars, CRM-driven campaigns, events and a variety of broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency and engagement across all channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social & Content Management
    • Develop and manage content calendars for web and social media channels.
    • Oversee scheduling and content delivery using tools such as Hootsuite and CMS web platforms
  • E-Marketing
    • Develop and manage an e-marketing campaign calendar
    • Build modular emails, workflows and execute plans using Campaign Monitor or similar CRM platforms.
  • Performance Tracking & Analytics
    • Monitor and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.
    • Competitive brand tracking
    • Monthly reporting on all marketing channels for Senior management
  • Asset Creation & Brand Development
    • Create and manage visual and written content assets aligned with brand guidelines using Canva and AI tools
    • Brief and collaborate with external agencies if needed for content production.
  • Full Marketing Mix Support
    • Support a variety of projects across the marketing spectrum, including:
      • Exhibition planning and execution.
      • PR coordination and copywriting support.
      • Catalogue and brochure production.
      • Developing packaging briefs for new product launches.
  • Ad-Hoc Marketing Projects
    • Work closely with a cross functional team to support any additional marketing initiatives and business needs.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand product, marketing requirements and sales channels

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role with exposure to digital, social, and campaign delivery.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Campaign Monitor, salesforce, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Proficiency with content creation tools like Canva and Chat GPT.
  • Experience with scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting campaign performance metrics.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple projects across the full marketing mix.
  • Creative thinker and excellent written communication skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced and fun team environment.
