An established creative agency are looking to add to their talented team with a Traffic Manager, who will see themselves overseeing production and resource allocation for a variety of projects. They team up with brands around the world to build retail experiences that stand out. All about fresh ideas and inclusivity, they are seeking someone who can bring something exciting to the table.
  
The successful Traffic Manager will have fantastic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  
Responsibilities Include:
  • Oversee project management and production, including putting systems/processes in place to ensure smooth delivery and high standards.
  • Ensure the right resources are assigned to each project, effectively planning and managing their allocation to deliver high-quality work on schedule.
  • Support the rollout of new client workstreams.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between internal teams and external partners.
  
Experienced Required:
  • Experience within retail design/creative industry.
  • Proven experience working in a Traffic Manager position or similar.
  • Relationship management, including with clients, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Working within digital media and production.
  • Team leadership and management of permanent staff and freelancers.
  • Resource management and allocation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of project management software.
