What You'll Do:

• Developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience. 🎯
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Conducting market research to identify trends and insights that can enhance our marketing efforts. 📊
• Managing our digital presence, including social media platforms and our website, to boost engagement and visibility. 📱
• Analysing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support the Senior Marketing team with various project work and creative support.

What We're Looking For:

• We seek a passionate individual with a flair for creativity and a strong analytical mindset
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the financial or insurance sector
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently and as part of a team 🛠️
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus but not necessary
