Our client is seeking a Marketing Executive to support the Head of Marketing in delivering the company’s marketing strategy. This role involves the strategic execution of creative and engaging campaigns, events, and the development of the company’s online presence to enhance visibility, attract potential clients, retain existing ones, and promote the company to prospective employees.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update website content to ensure it remains accurate, current, and optimised for SEO, in line with the web agency’s guidance. This includes updating case studies, service pages, and news articles.

Develop and implement a proactive LinkedIn strategy to increase reach and engagement. This includes content creation, campaign planning, and daily management of the company’s LinkedIn account.

Work closely with the Head of Marketing to plan and execute email campaigns, both strategic and ad-hoc.

Provide marketing support to the Business Development team as required.

Oversee paid advertising and directory listings.

Manage day-to-day PR activity for project news and thought leadership content. This includes proofreading and coordinating approval processes.

Assist the Head of Marketing in researching and organising events that raise the company’s profile and support business development objectives.

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of internal and external documentation.

Oversee the production and updates of case studies, brochures, presentations, CVs, policy documents, and other marketing materials, using InDesign or branded templates.

Report on the effectiveness of marketing activities to the Head of Marketing.

Manage the production of artwork and printed materials.

Ensure all content aligns with brand and tone of voice guidelines.

Promote and enforce brand consistency across the organisation.

Maintain effective communication with all offices, both digitally and in person, to encourage engagement with marketing activities.

Experience and Skills Requirements:

Strong understanding of core marketing principles

Ability to interpret and deliver marketing strategies

Experience in developing and implementing social media strategies

Proven track record in delivering digital marketing campaigns

Proactive and creative approach to planning and execution

Experience organising exhibitions, events, and awards to support business goals

Strong project, time, and organisational management skills

Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

Degree in marketing, business, or a related field

Professional qualifications such as a CIM diploma

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Able to identify and evaluate risks, and determine the most suitable course of action

A team player who contributes positively to group efforts

Able to foster and maintain collaborative working relationships

Skilled at identifying target audiences and crafting relevant messaging
