About the Role:
We're working with an exciting fashion brand looking for a passionate CRM Executive to join their growing team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and is excited by the opportunity to make a real impact across both online and in-store customer journeys.

You'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of email and SMS campaigns across the European region - ensuring accuracy, relevance, and performance in everything you do. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll play a key role in building customer loyalty, driving retention, and maximising ROI through personalised communications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and deliver CRM campaigns across email and SMS (BAU and ad hoc), including newsletters, lifecycle comms, and behavioural triggers

  • Maintain 100% accuracy across all campaign variants through thorough QA, testing, and management of translation timelines

  • Support the Email & CRM Specialist in rolling out a personalised communication strategy across regions

  • Utilise analytics and customer insights to optimise customer journeys and deliver tailored content

  • Brief in campaign assets and manage execution from concept to deployment

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Ecom, Merchandising, PR, Retail) to ensure consistency and alignment

  • Manage campaign-level reporting to deliver actionable insights and support optimisation

  • Drive innovation through test-and-learn initiatives to continually improve CRM performance

  • Troubleshoot technical issues with internal and external stakeholders to remove blockers and ensure seamless delivery

  • Stay on top of CRM trends and contribute ideas to enhance strategy and customer experience

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-2 years' experience in a CRM, Email Marketing, or similar role (ideally within fashion, beauty, or lifestyle sectors)

  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and segmentation tools

  • Data-driven mindset with experience analysing performance metrics and making strategic recommendations

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects and timelines

  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork

  • Proactive and agile, with a genuine passion for marketing innovation and customer experience
