We are actively recruiting for a Marketing Manager, working 3 days as week, this position will be based in Leighton Buzzard 2 days, then work from home 1 day a week.
 
Salary will be  upto  £45,000 (Pro rata) depending on experience
8.30 – 5pm  (Flexible days)

Key Responsibilities
  • Hands-on delivery and implementation of the established marketing strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Manage social media and website output, including content writing, blogging, completing newsletters, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule
  • Creating literature for the business to be able to use in customer visits and email marketing.
  • Maintain and update the existing WordPress website, adding new content regularly, and enhancing SEO by optimizing keywords, metadata, URLs, and alt tags.
  • Creatively improve the marketing strategy, suggesting innovative approaches and new opportunities for growth.
  • Track and measure new enquiries using tools like Google Analytics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly presentations summarizing completed tasks, campaign results, and performance metrics.
  • Utilize a variety of marketing suite tools, such as WordPress, Hootsuite, Canva, Campaign Monitor, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to ensure our marketing remains cutting-edge and impactful.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, running joint campaigns and aligning marketing efforts with sales objectives.
  • Create and publish case studies regularly to showcase our success stories and project outcomes.
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 4-5 years in a marketing role, preferably within the Construction, interiors or manufacturing industries.
 
  • Technical Skills:
 
    • Proficiency in WordPress for website management and SEO enhancement.
    • Experience with tools such as Hootsuite, Canva, Campaign Monitor, Adobe Photoshop, and other marketing platforms.
    • Strong understanding of Google Analytics for tracking and reporting performance.
  • Content Creation: Excellent writing skills for blogs, newsletters, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to track, measure, and analyze data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaboration: A team player who can work closely with sales and other departments.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
