-Didsbury/Hybrid (4 office days, Friday's WFH)
-up to £50k

Our client is an integrated marketing agency based in Didsbury. They are looking for a new Account Director to lead the strategic direction of client accounts to nurture and grow relationships and deliver outstanding quality work. You will manage clients and internal teams, to drive profitability and creative marketing solutions across various platforms. Their key service offerings include paid media, social, PR, branding, content and design.
The Account Director role:
* Lead high-level client relationships.
* Develop and present strategic recommendations that align with client's business objectives and the agency's vision.
* Upsell to existing clients with new opportunities and service offerings.
* Lead pitches for new business.
* Lead, mentor develop, train and motivate account teams.
* Manage resource and workload.
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting and profitability.

What you'll need to be successful in the role:
* 5+ years of industry experience in a similar role within an agency or in the advertising industry.
* Proven track record of managing large client portfolios.
* Strong understanding of integrated comms.
* Experience working in creative, digital and production.
* Experience in new business and leading pitches.
