- Marketing strategy: Develop and manage marketing plans for all channels, including digital, social media, events, email, and website.
- Budgeting: Create and manage budgets that align with marketing and business goals.
- Stakeholder management: Create and manage relationships with external stakeholders and agencies, as well as teams internally.
- Brand strategy: Design and plan branding and positioning.
- Competitor analysis: Monitor and analyse competitors.
- Consumer behaviour analysis: Analyse consumer behaviour and customer personas.
- Data/systems: Be aware of how data can be used and monetise to help the business grow & management of CMS/CRM/Data
- Coordination: Liaise with sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts and build brand awareness.
