We seek an individual with a robust background in Marketing, particularly in managing and optimizing brand strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent writing skills, the ability to transform concepts into actionable deliverables, and a keen eye for detail. Additionally, strong communication skills are essential for engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The Role:

* Manage the agency's Social Media presence, promoting the agency's events services and promoting upcoming events
* Create engaging and eye-catching content across all platforms including; Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Linkedin and more
* Manage the website content and ensure content is maintained and refreshed.
* Create engaging copy for email and outreach purposes.
* Some graphic design output when necessary.
* Be on-site when required for events and secure great content

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a thorough marketing background and exhibit a proactive attitude. A strong degree of creativity is vital, accompanied by a sincere interest in the events industry. Although the agency values diverse experiences, it is essential for the candidate to demonstrate initiative and manage campaigns, given that this position is newly created.

Requirements:

* 2+ years marketing or social branding experience
* Strong project management skills
* Ability to lead when working cross functionally, with effective communication skills
