We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Insights Executive to join a dynamic marketing team, supporting multiple locations across the UK. This role is perfect for a data-driven marketer with a passion for insights, performance analysis, and customer engagement.
The Role
- Analyse paid media, website, and email performance, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- Deliver actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
- Lead data-driven customer insights, running surveys and reporting trends to enhance marketing strategies.
- Develop monthly marketing reports to track key performance metrics and campaign success.
- Support email marketing execution, from writing and designing templates to testing and reporting.
- Assist with website updates, form creation, and landing pages.
- Work closely with sales, membership, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
- Occasionally travel to locations (1-2 times per month) to support on-site initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on analytics, insights, and campaign performance.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, web analytics, and CRM tools.
- Experience in prospect generation and performance marketing.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Brevo preferred but not essential).
- Basic understanding of HTML and website content management.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work remotely for most of the week.
