Salary range: £25,000 - £32,000 (subject to experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us elevate our marketing efforts across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be proactive, a collaborative team player, creative thinker with innovative ideas, and possess a detail-oriented focus on accuracy and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Creation & Editing: Produce and edit engaging videos for social media, website and lead generation campaigns
• Design of Marketing Collateral: To include brochures, flyers, infographics, newsletters and other marketing materials.
• Content Creation: Write and edit engaging content, including website copy, social media posts and email campaigns.
• Marketing CRM Management: Assist with the management and optimization of the marketing CRM system.
• Shows & Events: Assist in the planning and execution of shows and events, including stand design.
• General Administrative duties: Provide administrative support to the marketing team as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in marketing, content creation, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva).
• Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills for digital content.
• Experience with Marketing CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo).
• Knowledge of social media marketing, SEO, and email marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication skills.
