A fantastic opportunity to join a national communications consultancy.  You will lead across the Midlands built environment practice . I’m interested in speaking to individuals with a genuine interest in shaping the built environment and making a positive impact in communities.
 
You will be responsible for :
 
  • Advising clients on navigating the planning process,
  • Engaging with stakeholders, and influencing policy decisions
  • Providing clients with strategic insights and guidance on public affairs related to the built environment
  • Develop and implement effective communications strategies to promote client projects
  • Contribute to the growth of the built environment practice by identifying and nurturing new client relationships
 
To be considered for the role :
 
  • Previous experience in public affairs, stakeholder engagement, or communications role
  • Knowledge of the built environment, including knowledge of planning regulations, urban design principles, and development processes.
  • Strong understanding of local government structures, planning committees, and political processes.
  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and the media.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client objectives
