Location: Southampton, Hybrid (Minimum 2 days/week in office)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus
We have partnered with a dynamic and growing company providing innovative online solutions to help businesses elevate their digital presence. They specialise in serving the Attractions, Leisure, Health, Heritage, and Hospitality sectors, and we're seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan.
- Initiate and manage demand generation activities across digital, social media, advertising, PR, and in-person channels.
- Analyze target segments within the Leisure and Hospitality industries to develop high-return marketing strategies.
- Identify and attend key industry trade shows to maximize ROI.
- Manage partner relationships using CRM systems.
- Gain in-depth product knowledge to support sales conversion efforts.
- Monitor competitor activity and conduct market research to inform product development and maintain a competitive edge.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who:
- Has 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within SaaS, digital products, or the Attractions/Leisure sector.
- Possesses proven experience in lead generation, account-based marketing, digital marketing, and event marketing.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and market trends.
- Is confident in content creation, social media management, and PR strategy.
