An exciting opportunity has arisen for an eCommerce Success Manager to join a growing agency, working with some of the biggest and fastest-growing eCommerce brands.

This role is perfect for someone with experience as a Customer Success Manager, eCommerce Manager, Online Trading Manager, Online Merchandiser, or eCommerce Account Manager, looking to take the next step in their career.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Managing client relationships, ensuring smooth communication and long-term success

✅ Optimising the performance of online stores and driving business growth

✅ Collaborating with internal teams, including developers, designers, and strategists

✅ Analysing performance data to identify growth opportunities

✅ Providing strategic insights and best practices to help clients succeed

What We're Looking For:

🔹 Strong experience in eCommerce or digital client management

🔹 A deep understanding of online retail, digital strategy, and conversion optimisation

🔹 Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
