A market leading automotive company are looking for a head of marketing to join their expanding sales and marketing team this role will report be part of the senior management team and report into the board.

This role will would be suitable for a forward thinking, creative, strategic head of marketing with excellent team management of a growing team. Your duties will include:

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing and promotional plans.
• Oversee marketing activities including advertising campaigns, product launches and promotional events.
• Conducting market analysis.
• Managing and analysing marketing budget and resources.
• Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
• Leading a team of 3 marketing professionals.
• Monitoring and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
• Collaboration with teams to align marketing with business goals.

You will have the following experience:

• Marketing degree or have worked at this level and have proven experience within a similar strategic role.
• Automotive experience isn't essential but very desirable.
• Strong, current knowledge of marketing trends, competitor analysis.
• Excellent leadership skills to inspire and motivate team
• Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with a data driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, to effectively articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders.
• Excellent systems experience
• Demonstrable track record of successful marketing campaigns.
• Strategic mindset
