Smile Digital are pleased to be working with a well-established marketing agency looking to bring in an experienced Account Manager.

As an Account Manager, you will be working closely with key clients, supporting them on the delivery of fantastic campaigns and strategies. You will be leading on client calls and reports. In this role, you will enjoy plenty of variety where you can use your digital marketing knowledge and great account management and client relations skills all in one.

Working within the Client Services team, you will benefit from the experience of the Client Services Lead where they are passionate about sharing that knowledge and encouraging progression.

What you'll do as an Account Manager:

• Manage and lead on client accounts
• Support on campaigns across a range of social platforms
• Take control on projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Manage brainstorming sessions and create engaging content
• Mentor and support junior members of the team

What you'll bring as an Account Manager:

• 3+ years experience in account management
• Experience working in an agency environment
• Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable
• Great communication skills
