- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing campaigns to maximise brand visibility and conversion rates.
- Analyse performance metrics and leverage data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of ecommerce initiatives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the ecommerce space.
- Proven experience managing ecommerce operations, preferably on Shopify Plus, with a strong understanding of ecommerce platforms and technologies.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing ecommerce strategies that drive revenue growth and improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Proficiency in analysing data and utilising analytics tools to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
