**The Role**
As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a key role in managing and optimising Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients. You’ll have the opportunity to work on innovative strategies, analyse performance data, and drive measurable success.

**Key Responsibilities**
✅ Plan, execute, and optimise Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid media channels.
✅ Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven recommendations.
✅ Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
✅ Collaborate with the wider team to align paid media strategies with broader digital marketing goals.

**What We’re Looking For**
�� 2+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Search (PPC) and Paid Social advertising.
�� Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
�� Experience in campaign setup, bid management, and budget optimisation.
�� Analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
�� Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
