About the Role - They are looking for an Account Director to join one of their teams in Cirencester on a 1 Year FTC and work on a well-known brand/account. You will have a fantastic understanding of how CRM works and fits into the overall marketing mix as well as a strong understanding of data/insights. As an established Account Director, you will of managed teams as well as worked on delivery of technical campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with clients and ensure all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage a team.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Manage work streams.
- Translate client technical requirements into technical briefs for developers.
- Able to be hands on with delivery of technical campaigns.
- Manage third party relationships.
Required Skills
- Fantastic knowledge of Email Marketing.
- Incredible knowledge of CRM and how it fits into the overall marketing mix.
- Strong understanding of Data (Data segmentation, Databases, SCVs etc)
- Able to hold conversations with C-suite clients and confident in talking through technical briefs.
- Strong team management skills.
Pay range and compensation package - Paying a fantastic salary, benefits plus bonus and very strong hybrid working (I.e 1 to 2 days a week in the office).
