PPC Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
- Create targeted campaigns to reach the right audience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
- Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maintain an efficient cost per acquisition.
- Provide data-driven insights and generate performance reports for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams across compliance, collections, and risk to align acquisition strategies.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in PPC management,
- Experience within financial Services is essential.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and bid management tools.
- Understanding of FCA regulations regarding financial promotions.
- Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
- Experience with A/B testing tools, SEMrush, and Excel.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE.
