Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
• Create targeted campaigns to reach the right audience while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Analyse user behaviour and conversion funnels to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and adjust bid strategies to maintain an efficient cost per acquisition.
• Provide data-driven insights and generate performance reports for senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with teams across compliance, collections, and risk to align acquisition strategies.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in PPC management, 
• Experience within financial Services is essential.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and bid management tools.
• Understanding of FCA regulations regarding financial promotions.
• Google Ads and Analytics certifications.
• Experience with A/B testing tools, SEMrush, and Excel.
