We’re seeking a Segment Marketing Manager to shape product and marketing strategies for residential developments, social housing, and student accommodation. This is your opportunity to make an impact in a fast-paced environment by driving growth, building relationships, and influencing market trends.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Segment Strategy and Planning: Develop marketing strategies aligned with sales targets and KPIs, informed by market trends and competitor analysis.
  • Product Management: Lead product development initiatives, collaborate with European teams, and manage product launches to drive customer adoption and satisfaction.
  • Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to equip them with tools and campaigns for effective product promotion.
  • Industry Engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, represent the organisation at events, and contribute to industry forums to drive thought leadership.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the segment’s marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximised ROI.

What you’ll bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and product management, ideally within the housing or built environment industry.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
