Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a small Nursery group based in London.

Purpose of the Role:

To lead and execute the overall marketing strategy and public relations for the Nursery group, driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

This role encompasses all aspects of marketing, including digital channels, traditional marketing, strategy development, campaign execution, and performance analysis, ensuring a unified and impactful brand presence.

Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Leadership:

● Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with

organisation’s vision and goals.

● Act as the primary point of contact for all marketing initiatives, ensuring

consistency across all channels.

2. Digital & Traditional Marketing:

● Design and manage engaging social media content, running paid

campaigns on Meta and other platforms to expand reach and

engagement.

● Manage website, ensuring it remains current, engaging, and

optimized for user experience on the various platforms (PC’s, mobile,

tablet).

● Create and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage

existing customers, and drive conversions.

● Leverage offline marketing opportunities such as events, print media, and

partnerships to expand brand reach.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

● Track, analyze, and report on the success of marketing campaigns using

data-driven insights.

● Evaluate ROI and KPIs, making adjustments to improve outcomes.

4. Collaboration & Content Creation:

● Work closely with internal teams to create compelling content for various

platforms.

● Collaborate with external partners, agencies, influencers and vendors to

maximize campaign effectiveness.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

● Identify emerging trends and technologies to ensure company

stays ahead in the competitive landscape.

● Regularly assess customer feedback and market dynamics to refine

marketing strategies

Person Specification:

2. Skills & Expertise:

● Proven ability to manage cross-channel marketing initiatives.

● Strong analytical skills and a knack for translating data into actionable

insights.

Experience

1. Education:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related

field (preferred).

2. Professional Background:

● Demonstrated success in a broad marketing role, with experience in

strategy development and campaign management.

● Experience in the childcare or education industry is highly desirable.

3. Technical Skills:

● Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).

● Expertise in digital marketing, including social media management, Meta

campaigns, and email marketing.

● Proficiency with SEO/SEM, PPC campaigns, and traditional marketing

channels.

● Working knowledge of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS,

JavaScript preferred).

Working Conditions:

● Salary: £30,000 per annum.

● Holidays: 30 days paid annual leave.

● Hours: 40 hours per week with paid breaks.

● Location: Hybrid – home-based with travel to Nursery locations in

London.
