Digital Marketing Executive

Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 (DEO) / Hybrid working option available.
Join an award-winning recruitment agency in London! We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to enhance our brand, manage social channels, create engaging content, and support our marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

• Boost and lead brand presence across social media and digital platforms.
• Manage and optimise websites using SEO best practices.
• Create engaging graphical and written content for campaigns, newsletters, and more.
• Track and report performance metrics to improve strategies.
• Train and support teams on marketing best practices.
• Work in partnership with the Head of Sales to boost business wins
• Consult, aid and support recruiters to achieve their business goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns) from the recruitment industry
• Must be self-confident in themselves and their work, able to prioritise tasks.
• Proficiency with tools like Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Mailchimp.
• Strong content creation skills (written and graphical).
• A self-starter with excellent communication, flawless written abilities, project management, and creative skills.
• Bring fresh ideas to the business from your previous recruitment market experience.

Bonus: Experience with Google Analytics, blogging, and video editing.
