The successful candidate will bridge the gap between clients and the wider team by planning, coordinating, and monitoring progress on all client deliverables.

The Role - Account Manager

• Lead on client projects to ensure they are completed seamlessly and within the timeframe.
• Delegate appropriate tasks to the Account Executive and support with their performance.
• Provide accurate quotes and invoices for client projects.
• Ensure that the database is correct and up-to-date.
• Conduct relevant research post-client briefings.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships alongside the Account Manager
• Over see projects at all stages of development.
• Present regular updates on campaign performance and analytics to clients and Account Directors.

Requirements - Account Manager

• A degree or diploma preferably in, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management.
• Proven track record of effectively managing and engaging with various stakeholders
• Track record of consistently delivering results that surpass client expectations
• Must be able to travel to the Essex office.
• Strong experience working in a marketing agency.
• Strong communication skills both written and spoken.
• Organised and can work under pressure.
