Full time: 35 hours per week Monday to Friday

Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced PR/Advocacy Manager to lead our advocacy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the beauty industry, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing influencer relationships and advocacy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Advocacy Budget Management: Develop and manage the advocacy budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
KPI Tracking: Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the success of advocacy campaigns.
Consumer Insights: Utilise consumer insights to inform advocacy strategies and enhance brand engagement.
Influencer Activation and Retention: Identify, activate, and retain influencers to promote brand advocacy and loyalty.
Brand Advocacy Love Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to foster brand love and advocacy among consumers and influencers.
A&I Agency Management: Oversee contracts, seeding, and events with A&I agencies to ensure successful execution of advocacy initiatives.
Reporting and Analysis: Conduct paid and love advocacy reporting and deep dives to assess campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Influencer Loyalty Program: Manage and enhance the influencer loyalty program to strengthen long-term relationships.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in PR, advocacy, or influencer marketing within the beauty industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with KPI tracking and reporting.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Proven ability to manage budgets and work with external agencies.
Passion for the beauty industry and a deep understanding of consumer behaviour.
