What You'll Do:

As an Event Logistics Manager, you will:

  • Venue Management: Identify, negotiate, and secure world-class venues for events of varying scale and prestige.
  • Supplier Coordination: Build and manage relationships with caterers, chefs, transport providers, and other key suppliers to ensure a seamless experience.
  • VIP Client Services: Arrange transport logistics, entry passes, and personalised schedules for high-profile clients and guests.
  • Budget Management: Maintain oversight of budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • On-site Management: Oversee event set-up, staffing schedules, and last-minute logistics adjustments to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
