As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in creating and delivering innovative campaigns that drive brand growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute B2B and B2C marketing campaigns aligned with the annual marketing calendar
• Collaborate with designers, digital specialists and franchise teams to deliver innovative, on-brand projects
• Optimise engagement across digital channels, manage franchise mini-sites and drive lead generation
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity and customer insights

Requirements

• Marketing qualification or experience, with knowledge of both digital and traditional marketing
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work to deadlines and collaborate effectively
• Experience in beauty or retail sectors is a plus but not essential
