• Salary offered £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

The role:

• Plan in all marketing activity across email, LinkedIn, facebook and other platforms each quarter in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure departmental objectives are achieved by monitoring departmental KPIs including mailing volumes, RR, conversion rates and AOV.
• Work with line manager and sales team to identify key sales opportunities and devise and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Proactively identify new campaign opportunities, either through development of existing or new marketing platforms.
• Deliver weekly ROI report on marketing spend.
• Make suggestions on improvements for lead generation strategy and marketing content.
• Continually seek to develop and improve existing processes.
• Assist with a range of ad-hoc marketing and general business tasks.
• Assist in refresh of sales collateral updates and main point of contact for mock ups

The candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the media or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in marketing software and analytics tools.
