Digital Content Creator / Content Manager

What you’ll be doing
- Creating and updating digital marketing content that will support the organisation to achieve its aims as part of the overall marketing and sales plan
- Managing social media and other digital marketing initiatives
- Creating copy and material including case studies, emails, social media, and press releases
- Maintaining and developing the company website, including producing valuable and engaging content for the website that attracts new leads
- Working with colleagues to create content for event sessions and presentations
- Measuring, analysing and reporting on campaigns against goals (KPIs), and reporting at monthly meetings
- Creating graphics in line with the company goals and brand guidelines
- Basic ad hoc editing of video content
- Building and maintaining good working relationships with internal product and commercial teams to deliver on business objectives through effective content
- Identifying and developing relationships with professional networks
What experience you’ll need to apply
- Saas sector knowledge is essential, knowledge of the Higher Education and/or EdTech sector would be advantageous
- Proven track record in a Copywriter / Digital Content Creator / Content Manager or other Content Marketing role, and able to share examples of your work as part of the application process
- Track record of building brand awareness through content strategy
- Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns over mediums including website, email, and social media
- Experience with Wordpress and Mailchimp or similar CMSs and email platforms
- Strong written and oral communication skills – able to really get to know your audience and uncover the relevant insights to produce engaging content which gets results
- Salary in the range of £35k-£45k depending on experience
