This is a key role that will spearhead the digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, with a strong focus on driving new business growth through paid media, email marketing, social media, data analysis, and website optimisation.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns, be highly analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) to generate leads and conversions.
- Optimise campaigns through keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management to maximise ROI.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to meet KPIs.
- Lead the design and execution of email marketing campaigns, focusing on lead nurturing and customer acquisition.
- Use A/B testing to optimise email performance, ensuring targeted messaging and engagement.
- Oversee and grow social media presence, aligning with business objectives.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, using data insights to optimise performance.
- Track performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot) and provide actionable recommendations to senior management.
- Implement tracking solutions for accurate performance marketing efforts.
- Ensure the company's website is optimised for SEO and usability, working with internal teams and third-party agencies.
- Lead conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (PPC, email marketing, social media).
- Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and web analytics tools.
- Proficient in SEO, CRO, and website management (e.g., WordPress).
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Desirable:
- B2B & B2C marketing experience.
- Familiarity with lead generation strategies in industries such as construction or real estate.
- Experience with A/B testing and personalisation techniques.
