Focus 5 Recruitment are looking for an  Digital Content Lead on a 2 month contract to work for an established education sector client with a focus on digital content and campaigns. In this role you will lead on digital communications responsible for attracting and recruiting students to this education provider.

You will use digital channels (social, email, content and web) to promote the educational institution and help achieve organisational growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and always aspire to increase brand awareness.

You will join at an exciting juncture as this established organisation transform the way they reach their customers with relevant and engaging content, via numerous digital platforms – establishing creative, insight-led, two-way communication. Working within a fast-paced, down-to-earth and dynamic team, you will be responsible for creating insight-driven, proactive campaigns which engage potential students and create follow up actions.

The Digital Content Lead will be responsible for: -

  • Create digital campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) for use in OOH campaigns, PR activity, Direct campaigns, Social Media channels, Exhibitions and Events and Brand activities.
  • Planning, developing and delivering the creative, copy and design templates for short videos; reels; case study material; podcasts; presentations and key collateral.
  • Own/manage the production and in-house delivery of content for all recruitment marketing activity.
  • Year-long planning of engaging campaigns and content that creates follow up actions with potential students
  • Creating proactive campaigns end-to-end for mass and targeted customer audiences, to support organisational priorities
  • Managing the Online community – publishing digital content, reviewing, and ensuring responses are given to user generated content and comments against your campaigns

You will need

  • Proven experience of creating successful digital campaigns and content across varied digital platforms (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) in the education sector
  • Expertise in producing and implementing a range of professional digital content for B2C content marketing.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills and a natural creative flare
  • A creative approach to digital campaign design and knowing how to use insights to maximise the impact of your campaigns
  • Excellent content judgment
  • Working accurately and at pace
