Our well established and reputable client is seeking an Events Coordinator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate work with various stakeholders to organise, coordinate and deliver high quality conferences and events, both face to face and virtual, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • The events coordinator will work with the senior events manager, events planning manager, sponsorship manager and other team colleagues in delivering events.
  • Set up and manage the events as needed
  • Ensure the clients brand is adhered to in any event and accompanying promotional material
  • Ensure events are delivered at a high standard of quality, in line with agreed budget and timescales
  • The events coordinator will ensure event performance data are thoroughly gathered and clearly reported

Skills and Requirements:

  • The successful events candidates will ideally have at least one to two years’ experience of event management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • They will have an understanding of how to manage a budget
  • Ability to plan, coordinate and deliver a number of event projects at once
