Due to their continued success, our client is looking to recruit a creative Digital Marketing Designer to strengthen their thriving marketing department in Chelmsford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the department on various social media initiatives to promote the business’ products and brands.

To be considered for this excellent opportunity applicants must display proven social media content experience, and a genuine creativity and flare for content design and creation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in marketing, social media management, and creative content creation
• Proficient in all mainstream social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
• Proficient in the use of social medial management tools, including Hootsuite and Later
• Proficient with Instagram reel creation and associated editing apps
• Proficient in the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Understanding and knowledge of WordPress knowledge

The role:

• Assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel social media marketing campaigns
• Creating engaging content for social media posts, including graphics and videos to effectively drive brand awareness and engagement
• Monitoring social media accounts for comments, messages, and enquiries and building following.
• Supporting the Marketing Manager with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the marketing team.
