Please note that this role will initially be fully office-based in Dartford. A limited number of days working from home will be considered after completing probation.
We're on the hunt for a Marketing and Social Media Executive to join our growing team and play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement across multiple platforms.
About the RoleAs our Marketing and Social Media Executive, you'll work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to develop and execute creative marketing strategies. This is your chance to make a real impact on our brands while developing your skills in a supportive and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management: Create, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to engage audiences and boost brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing materials, aligning with brand objectives.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies to ensure success.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, analyze competitor activities, and identify audience preferences to shape marketing initiatives.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager and Sales Director to ensure a cohesive and innovative marketing approach.
- Event Promotion: Support the promotion of company events, webinars, and other initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain a consistent and professional brand voice across all communications.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A creative mindset with an eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus!
