E-Commerce Manager - Hayes - Up to £62,5k + 10% Bonus

Zachary Daniels is excited to be recruiting for an ambitious premium brand with a strong presence in the UK market. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced E-Commerce Manager to play a key role in driving online growth, including leading the launch of an exciting new product and channel in 2025.

The Role:

As E-Commerce Manager, you will lead strategies to grow sales and enhance customer engagement across digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing promotional calendars and sales strategies.
  • Managing new product and channel launches, with full accountability for results.
  • Leading performance marketing initiatives to maximise ROI and digital reach.
  • Optimising website performance, improving conversion rates, and growing AOV.
  • Analysing performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Managing relationships with third-party platforms like Amazon and Google Shopping.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:,

  • Multiple years proven experience in e-commerce management, ideally in a multi-channel or premium retail environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a track record of delivering growth.
  • Expertise in performance marketing and analytics.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to think strategically.
