Reed Marketing & Creative are currently partnered with a hugely successful B2C business based in Bracknell, who are looking for a Social Media Manager to join their dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the strategy for the social media channels; including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok covering both Trade and Retail

• Responsible for managing the performance of all social media channels to drive follower growth and engagement or acquisition and retention.
• Collaboration with wider marketing team, taking ownership of the Social Media execution of cross channel campaigns, cording social media plans to deliver against Omni channel go to market plans.
• Management of social media budget
• Building the social media strategy for all channels within the buisness.
• Detailed channel performance reporting, taking an analytical test and learn approach to optimise channel strategy across multiple channels.

The successful candidate will have previous experience within social media across all social channels (mainly Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest andYouTube) across paid and organic. Also experience with social media stratergy, implementation and previous line management experience. Strong content creation and a analytical thinker.

In return you will receive a salary paying circa £50K depending on experience + excellent benefits + hybrid working (3 days office 2 days home).
