Content Creation Apprentice
Full Time - Hybrid, after an initial induction period (time split between Woking and home)
0-12 months £15,000 pa
12-24 months £19,500 pa (national living wage)
Plus maximum £300 per month contribution towards travel expenses

Purpose of the role:
The successful candidate will work in the content team, supporting other business areas with their marketing campaigns. The role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation, contributing to impactful marketing and communication efforts across various organisational channels. During this apprenticeship you will develop and produce written and visual content on various platforms and media. Working to a brief, you will research, prepare, and develop content that aligns with brand strategy and enhances audience engagement. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, learn legal and ethical standards, and stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
The Apprenticeship is typically 15 months, followed by a 3-month end-point assessment (EPA) period. Upon completion you will gain a level 3 qualification in Content Creation.
Minimum required experience (including personal qualities):
- Passionate about digital media and content creation.
- A Strong enthusiasm for reading and writing content.
