Responsibilities:
Digital Content Creation & Campaign Management:

Design and create digital assets, including graphics, images, and videos, for social media, company website, and associated marketing purposes.

Manage Google Ads campaigns, ensuring effective keyword research, budget management, and performance tracking.

Generate new ideas and implement digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.

Write and manage website content, including original assets, product/technology development case studies, news blog, Q&A, interactive guides, work portfolios, and so on.

Manage SEO and other back-end controls to ensure maximal efficiency of our online materials.

Generate associated client-facing materials, including business packs, presentations, and materials for corporate events and trade shows.


Design and create digital assets related to live engineering projects.

Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement social media strategies to grow digital engagement and online presence.

Create, schedule, and post engaging content, while interacting with followers and analysing engagement metrics.

Monitor performance metrics and continually optimise strategies to improve reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Reporting:
Work with internal teams, to develop digital strategies that align with broader business objectives.

Liaise with Project Managers and Team Leaders to investigate opportunities for content creation.

Provide regular reports on the performance of digital marketing activities and suggest areas for improvement.

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and best practices, incorporating these into our strategies.


Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in social media management.

Strong skills in graphic design and digital content creation, as well as in photography and videography. Experience with 3D modelling software is highly desirable.

Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, driving traffic, and improving ROI.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver results within deadlines.

Experience in SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing trends.

Creative and strategic thinking.
