365 People are exclusively recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to work in the LE8 area. This is a permanent position with an immediate start.

Our client is a market leader in their industry and a local family business with nationwide coverage.

The role involves supporting the marketing team and the wider business with various marketing materials, videographics, and design work. You will work closely with senior management to ensure their requirements and specifications are fully understood and delivered.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Canva and other design software
• Experience using Grammarly and Buffer
• Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office packages
• GCSE Grade C (or equivalent) or above in English
• Excellent communication skills
• High standard of written and spoken English
• Confidence in taking briefs from senior management
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
• Familiarity with AI tools and how to maximise their benefits
• Experience in videographics

Responsibilities:

• Creating day-to-day marketing materials across the business, including images, posters, brochures, videos, etc.
• Managing projects from start to finish
• Taking briefs from different areas of the business
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time as agreed
• Meeting managers at other sites when required, so a driving licence would be advantageous
