Position: Email Junior Account Executive

Location: Leeds - Remote

Salary: £25,000 - £35,000

Job Summary:

Are you passionate about eCommerce and website management? Do you have agency experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment? Our client is looking for a Email Junior Account Executive to join their dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Marketing this role is mostly focused on email marketing:
  • Develop and execute effective email marketing strategies aligned with business goals, including client acquisition, retention, and engagement.
  • Define and manage the email marketing calendar, ensuring timely and relevant communications.
  • Email Creation & Management: Design, build, and manage email marketing campaigns,
  • Website Management: Maintain and update client websites with fresh content and ensure they are running smoothly. Assist in the creation and management of website content to meet client goals.
  • Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their requests and delivering exceptional service.
  • Task Coordination: Plan and schedule tasks efficiently with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Data & Reporting: Provide data analysis and reporting to support informed decision-making and track website performance.

Requirements:

  • 12 months of experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • eCommerce experience, with knowledge of website management and content creation.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication skills.
  • It's a bonus if you have experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and continuous learning.
