The role:

As an Email Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for transforming how we communicate with our customer base, creating engaging and effective email campaigns that enhance the customer experience from the initial point of contact through to post-purchase. You'll focus on building best-in-class, data-driven email communications that support growth across the entire customer journey.

You'll also work to optimise performance by analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights. Your work will help shape the broader digital strategy, ensuring stakeholders across the business understand the benefits and objectives of eCRM.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to deliver the customer communication strategy.

- Develop and manage email campaigns including weekly newsletters, triggered campaigns, and automated customer journeys.

- Improve the customer journey, driving growth and removing friction points from acquisition to post-purchase.

- Identify key touchpoints in the customer journey to ensure messaging is delivered at the right time.

- Analyse campaign performance and deliver insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Champion the use of first-party data and help communicate its benefits across the business.

Candidate Criteria

- Proven experience in email marketing, ideally within retail or e-commerce.

- A creative problem-solver driven by data and results.

- Proactive, able to work independently, and take initiative.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Detail-oriented and enthusiastic about optimizing email performance.

- Experience with customer segmentation and audience targeting.

- Familiarity with GDPR regulations and basic HTML (preferred but not essential).
