Digital CRM Executive Job Description

We are seeking a talented Digital CRM Executive to join our team in Nottingham on a Hybrid basis. As a key member of our Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital CRM strategies that engage and retain our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement digital CRM strategies that drive customer engagement and retention
• Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and triggered messages
• Analyse customer data and develop insights that inform CRM strategies and tactics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure CRM strategies align with overall business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital CRM
