As they continue to grow, I am looking for a passionate and dynamic Brand/Product Manager to join their team.
What you will deliver:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand growth and market share for assigned products.
- Seek opportunities for brand sales and profit growth in collaboration with brand partners and stakeholders
- Provide category strategies and powerful brand/product stories.
- Develop multi-channel pricing and promotional strategies
- Monitor market and consumer trends and guide in order to develop marketing strategies and plans
- Regularly reviewing brand/category performance for future growth driving activities
- Conduct market research and analyse to identify growth opportunities
- Manage the product lifecycle and oversee ongoing brand performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies.
- Monitor and report on brand performance metrics, providing insights to optimise campaigns and product positioning.
- 3+ years of experience in brand and or product management, ideally within the FMCG sector. You MUST currently be in a product or brand role.
- Strong understanding of the FMCG market and consumer behaviour.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing brands.
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously
