- £35,000 - £55,000 per annum based on experience and track record

This Housing Association is dedicated to delivering innovative property solutions for landlords across the UK. They are rapidly growing and are seeking a skilled Cross-Platform Property Marketing Specialist to take ownership of their multi-channel marketing efforts. The Role
The Cross-Platform Property Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing strategies that span multiple platforms, with a focus on attracting landlords for leasing opportunities. This role requires expertise in both digital and traditional marketing, leveraging platforms such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and direct mail campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-Channel Campaigns: Design and manage marketing across Google Ads, social media, property platforms (e.g., Rightmove), and offline channels (e.g., direct mail)
- SEO/SEM: Optimise digital presence and manage paid search to boost visibility and lead generation
- Social Media: Create targeted campaigns for landlords, track performance, and produce engaging content
- Email Marketing & CRM: Develop targeted email campaigns, manage leads, and refine approaches using CRM tools
- Data Optimisation: Analyse campaign data to improve ROI and report on KPIs
- Team Collaboration: Align strategies with letting agents and property managers for landlord acquisition
- Content Creation: Develop consistent marketing materials across digital and traditional platforms
- Local Outreach: Build relationships through local property events and networks
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-4 years' experience in cross-platform marketing, ideally in property/real estate
- Strong digital marketing skills (Google Ads, social media, SEO, PPC)
- Experience in traditional marketing (direct mail, print) preferred
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for diverse audiences
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for campaign management
- Analytical, with experience using Google Analytics for campaign tracking
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a team setting
