Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Communications Planning: Collaborate with the PR and Communications Director to craft seasonal PR strategies that align with brand values.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with fashion & lifestyle editors, securing coverage in top-tier publications. Coordinate press visits and manage press gifting.
- Content Creation: Write and edit compelling press releases and media kits that reflect the brand's voice and style.
- Event Management: Plan and execute exciting PR events, including product launches and exclusive previews, to create buzz and attract media attention.
- Influencer Programs: Collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach.
- Internal Communications: Foster a seamless flow of communication across departments to maintain an informed and engaged team.
- Reporting: Measure the effectiveness of PR efforts and prepare reports for senior management.
- Budget Management: Ensure cost-effective PR activities while maximizing ROI through vendor negotiations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide interns, fostering a creative team environment.
- Agency Management: Collaborate with external PR agencies to achieve KPIs.
